• All items of stationery are handmade and therefore a slight variation between each item may occur.

• Should any item used in the production of your order be discontinued we will make every effort to source a near as possible match. Any significant difference will be notified to you before commencement of order.

• A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total order is required on placement of order. The balance of the order is required on acceptance of proofs. Orders to the total value of £50 or less are to be paid for in full on placement of order.

• Proofs will be sent for your approval within 14 days of placement of order. It is your responsibility to check proofs carefully and any errors/amendments should be clearly marked, signed and dated. Amendments returned which are not signed and dated will not be accepted.

• A further proof will be sent to include amendments and if acceptable should be signed and dated where indicated and returned to Red Rose Cards along with balance of payment. Red Rose Cards will not accept responsibility for any errors that go unnoticed after approval of proofs.

• Amendments after final proof has been approved and work has commenced on the order may incur an additional charge, depending on the amendment and work completed.

• Please allow 6-8 weeks from receipt of signed proof for completion of order. If an order is required in less than 6 weeks a surcharge of 5% of the total order may be applied, depending on order books at the time.

• No refund or exchange will be given unless goods are faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.

• Copyright permission must be obtained where hymns, readings etc. are required to be printed in full in the Order of Service. It is the clients' responsibility to obtain permission. Please check with your church if a specific hymn, reading is subject to copyright.

• All orders are sent by recorded or special delivery and require a signature. You will be notified by telephone/e-mail once your order is ready for despatch.

• Red Rose Cards will make every effort to ensure your order is packaged securely and cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage during transit, or for late delivery due to postal strikes etc.

• Many of the stationery items contain small decorative items that may present a choking hazard for babies and young children.

• Your personal details are kept confidential and will not be given to third parties.
•  All designs, website and brochure etc., designed for use by Red Rose Cards are covered by copyright and remain the property of Red Rose Cards. These may not be copied under any circumstances. All rights reserved. Any person or persons found in breach of copyright will be dealt with according to current UK law.
